These are but a few of the many "thank you" letters we have received over the years. We have published them here to show you how happy our patients are, no matter which procedure they chose. So have a look and take heart!

Hi Ingrid,
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you, Lionel, Debbie and Debbie for being such a great support and doing such amazing work while I was in Cape Town. I arrived back in London on Saturday and am doing very well physically in terms of healing, but not so good emotionally in terms of dealing with the fact I'm back in a cold grey city.
Please let Lionel know I followed his advice and went to Wakame for dinner - instead of meeting a nice South African man (Lionel's recommendation), I ran into a guy I used to date at college who has since moved to Cape Town! Nothing exciting to report but it was still an interesting evening.
Anyway, thanks for everything and if you make every patient feel 50% as welcome as you made me you're doing a damn fine job!

Dear Lionel,as I'm not yet an 'email' person (going to learn that in Sept. when back from Spain), I'm writing a quick letter to update you on my progress - which in a word, is great!
People deserve the compliment when they've done a good job.
You cannot believe the calming sensation I get when I look in the mirror and see that my upper lids are equal again - after 9 years of irritation.
The rest is doing very well. You did a very neat job. The scars are n ot going to show and trust me...I'm a bit of a perfectionist. The friends that I've told say "Well, we know what you're like, Sue, so he must be good. Now we know where to go." I'm sure you're going to get more business through me.
After 3 1/2 weeks is almost back to normal in appearance (just a little bit wider). Of course I know I have to wait longer for the numbness to improve, but that doesn't disturb me.
I must just add that Shelley is a brilliant choice for after-care. Hopefully she has told you how much we laughed, but that aside, she's the sweetest caring person. Nothing was too much trouble. She's 120% attentive right when you're feeling a bit shell-shocked - a special, special lady.
If you have any ladies in England that are hesitating, you can give them my number for reassurance. Hope to see you after the summer when you can check over your handy-work.
Say hello to your helpers, they too helped to make my experience a happy one.
